The above captioned piece is really what a love song should be about. It’s not objectifying women like that obnoxious, talentless, idiot Robin Thicke does, it really is about a guy seeing a special women and then singing about the special feeling she gets when she’s around.
It’s sad that so-called love songs took a turn for the profane as opposed to the wholesome, respectful approach to relationships that this song takes. Make no mistake, I’m not some kind of prude as I’m sure you can tell from this post. However, I do long for more entries that don’t immediately refer to the objectification of women and, instead, talk about how they make us feel as men like The Oogum Boogum Song does.
